If you’re vomiting, of course don’t exercise! whether you’ve a cold though, trust your body. I’ve been tired, snotty, coughy, and just plain gross. Blech! Nothing too high energy, but all good for me. Easy whether realistic. The rest of that week I’ve been please just to ’show up’. When you’re completely run down, rest. I’ve done a lot of walking, some ab work, and just yesterday a bunch of squats and stuff. Oh well.

When your stuffy, runny, or coughing……a walk or swim may do you good.
My first day of nastiness and utter exhaustion, I just skipped it. Don’t get me wrong.
