Magnesium - A Useful Element

The atomic number of magnesium is 12 and its symbol is mg. It is not essential to store that element in a oxygen free environment as it is coated by a layer of oxide that is hard to remove

and fairly impermeable. Elemental magnesium is strong and is a light weight metal. Magnesium, a chemical element whose atomic mass is 24.31 is the 9th most abundant, found in universe.
