Get Hooked on Sleeping

After all, it has been calling you for quite some date now. Ten minutes here, five minutes there - at the desk at work, on the sofa before dinner and everywhere in amoung is not the way to get a good night of sleep.

Instead of trying to hunt for places that might seem a little comfortable at random points all through the day, why don’t you try that bed of yours, for eight hours during the night?
