Many humans including celebrities go to Drug Rehab clinics to cleanse the body and mind. In some cases folks go to these drastic measures to give up drugs for life.

Do you think that drug rehab is a better way to detox or is

better to detox in the comfort of your own home?

It would be great to take in from society who have gone to rehab in the past or contemplating going to drug rehab.
