“Solid”tude

This will not be my normal mode, but I thought that I deserved a day just to ‘BE’ without putting much thought into it. I just went with what I was feeling. I was not necessarily hungry, but had a strong urge to nibble all through the day.

Today I’ve had:

1/4 cup sprouted buckwheat

topped with Asian vegetables and braggs
2 raw corn tortillas
1 collard green leaf “chip” (dehydrated with braggs and agave)
Handful of baby carrots
Celery stalk
10 oz watermelon juice

This was the second day since breaking my juice fast and today, I could definitely feel myself making up for lost instance.
